Dans le cadre d-une création de poste, le Centre médical Terre-Bonne (CMTB), centre médical multidisciplinaire en pleine croissance situé à Eysins (VD), recherche :

 

Un.e Gestionnaire RH à 40 - 50%

 

Votre mission

En collaboration étroite avec la Direction à laquelle vous êtes directement rattaché.e, vous assurez la structuration et la gestion RH en pilotant les projets RH et en assurant la gestion administrative RH quotidienne.

 

Dans ce cadre, vos missions principales sont les suivantes :

  • Proposer et mettre en place une structuration RH ; rédiger et mettre en place le règlement du personnel, définir, développer et optimiser les processus, pratiques et outils RH, conformément au cadre légal en vigueur
  • Piloter les processus de recrutement et d-intégration ; prévoir et anticiper les besoins RH, rédiger les descriptions de poste et annonces, réaliser les pré-sélections, participer aux entretiens et structurer le parcours d-intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs
  • Concevoir, déployer et piloter le processus de gestion des talents et de développement des compétences, dont les entretiens annuels. Recenser les besoins en formation, structurer le plan de formation et coordonner les différentes actions internes
  • Assurer une expertise et un conseil RH et garantir le respect du cadre légal et réglementaire ainsi que l-application des directives RH
  • Piloter les différents projets RH
  • Gérer de manière autonome l-administration du personnel dans l-intégralité du cycle de vie du collaborateur et assurer l-interface avec notre fiduciaire pour les salaires

 

Votre profil

  • Au bénéfice du certificat HRSE ou du brevet fédéral de spécialiste RH (ou formation jugée équivalente)
  • Vous bénéficiez d-une expérience confirmée dans le secteur de la santé, des soins ou du médico-social en Suisse
  • Vous maîtrisez le droit du travail et des assurances sociales suisse
  • Vous avez la capacité de créer des processus de A à Z, d-accompagner le changement, et êtes à l-aise avec les outils numériques
  • Personnalité dotée de très bonnes compétences relationnelles, d-un très bon sens de l-écoute, tout en faisant preuve d-une totale discrétion
  • Autonome, vous avez le sens des responsabilités et de l-organisation, vous êtes fiable, rigoureux.se, structuré.e et orienté.e solutions.
