The posting

Police Lavaux est une association de six communes du district de Lavaux\-Oron, soit Bourg\-en\-Lavaux, Chexbres, Lutry, Puidoux, Rivaz et Saint\-Saphorin, dont la mission principale est d’assurer la protection des personnes et des biens sur le territoire en fournissant un service de police de proximité.

Au sein de sa Division Police Administrative regroupant l'Unité Administrative et d'Accueil (UAA) et le Groupe Gestion des Contraventions (GGC), Police Lavaux recrute :

Un\-e secrétaire en charge des amendes d’ordre

Missions générales

  • Assurer le traitement administratif des infractions de la circulation routière
  • Établir des statistiques relatives aux infractions
  • Assurer le suivi de la correspondance
  • Assurer le suivi de dossiers auprès des autorités partenaires
  • Assurer la permanence téléphonique

Profils recherchés

  • CFC d’employé de commerce ou titre jugé équivalent
  • Connaissance de l’administration publique, un atout
  • Sens du service public
  • Aisance relationnelle
  • De nature proactive et réactive
  • Discrétion, fiabilité, efficacité et précision
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, méthodique et organisée
  • Très bonnes connaissances en français
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels exigée
