Dans le cadre d’une augmentation de notre activité et afin de répondre à de nouveaux projets cantonaux, nous cherchons à renforcer nos équipes d’ergothérapeutes, aujourd’hui composées de 22 ergothérapeutes au sein des CMS de la Fondation de La Côte, en ouvrant des postes de :

Votre profil

  • Bachelor HES\-SO en Ergothérapie ou équivalent ou diplôme étranger reconnu par la Croix\-Rouge suisse
  • Capacité à être et à se positionner en tant que partenaire dans le travail en réseau
  • Intérêt à développer son rôle de manière autonome
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques
  • Permis de conduire indispensable

Votre petit \+

  • Expérience dans le domaine des soins
  • Intérêt pour le développement de sa pratique selon des modèles occupationnels, d’autonomisation, et de partenariat avec le client

Vos futures missions

  • Offrir une ergothérapie de qualité, centrée sur le client
  • Accompagner les clients à domicile en collaboration interdisciplinaire
  • Favoriser le bien\-vieillir et encadrer le personnel et les stagiaires
  • Promouvoir l’ergothérapie à travers des projets, actions locales et ateliers de prévention

Elle intègre également les services logistiques de CMS et l’Espace Prévention La Côte.
