Nous produisons des composants et pièces complexes moulées en sable pour des secteurs d’activité en forte croissance et à la pointe de la technologie comme le ferroviaire, l’énergie, les moteurs diesel et gaz ainsi que pour l’industrie des machines. Afin de renforcer notre équipe de maintenance sur notre site industriel des à Delémont, nous recherchons un collaborateur expérimenté dans les domaines de l’électricité industrielle, de l’automation et de l’électrotechnique.

Un(e) Électricien(ne) / Automaticien(ne) de maintenance industrielle =====================================================================

Votre profil :

  • Formation d’électricien, automaticien, électrotechnicien ou formation technique équivalente.
  • Autorisation pour électricien d’exploitation selon l’art. 13 OIBT.
  • Plusieurs années d’expérience dans la maintenance industrielle, idéalement dans l’industrie métallurgique, les machines ou les installations de production.
  • Solide expérience dans le diagnostic de pannes, le dépannage et la maintenance électrique.
  • Bonnes connaissances des automates programmables : Siemens, Schneider Electric, Beckhoff, etc.
  • Capacité à intervenir sur des installations automatisées et à rechercher méthodiquement l’origine des dysfonctionnements.
  • Des connaissances en mécanique, hydraulique et pneumatique constituent un atout.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, à organiser ses interventions et à définir les travaux nécessaires.
  • Sens des responsabilités, rigueur et respect des règles de sécurité.
  • esprit d’équipe et capacité à collaborer avec la production et les différents services techniques.
  • Flexibilité concernant les horaires de travail.
  • Disponibilité pour travailler en 2×8, 3×8 ou VSD, ainsi que ponctuellement les samedis et dimanches.
  • Participation au service de piquet ; domicile situé idéalement à maximum 60 minutes du site.
  • Profil en milieu de carrière.
  • Permis de conduire et moyen de transport autonome.
  • Très bonne maîtrise du français.
  • La connaissance de l’allemand constitue un avantage.

Vos principales missions :

  • Assurer la maintenance préventive et corrective de nos installations de production.
  • Diagnostiquer et supprimer les pannes électriques et les dysfonctionnements des installations automatisées.
  • Effectuer des interventions sur les automates, variateurs, moteurs, capteurs et équipements électrotechniques.
  • Participer à l’amélioration et à la fiabilisation de nos machines et installations.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de maintenance mécanique, la production et les entreprises externes.
  • Participer aux travaux de révision et aux interventions planifiées lors des arrêts de production.
  • Assurer les interventions dans le cadre du service de piquet.
