L’Orif est présente en Suisse romande avec 10 sites de formation et plus de 560 collaborateurs\-trices. Dans le cadre du développement des activités au sein de la ville de Porrentruy, nous recherchons :

Un·e répondant·e social·e à 40\-60 %

Mission :

  • Accompagner les bénéficiaires dans leur projet de formation et d’intégration professionnelle
  • Travailler en lien et en réseau avec l’environnement institutionnel selon le cadre prescrit par nos mandants
  • Assurer le suivi et le soutien psychosocial de nos bénéficiaires (mineurs et majeurs) accueillis en observation, évaluation ou formation
  • Participer à la mise en place de projets socioprofessionnels individualisés
  • Organiser des entretiens de réseau avec la famille ou les partenaires
  • Collaborer avec une équipe pluridisciplinaire
  • Préparer et participer à des synthèses avec nos mandants
  • Participer à la création et à l’animation d’ateliers en lien avec le soutien à l'insertion professionnelle
  • Rédiger des rapports à l’attention de nos mandants

Profil et compétences :

  • Formation de travailleur\-se social\-e (éducateur, assistant social) reconnue HES ou titre jugé équivalent
  • Expérience d’accompagnement des troubles neurodéveloppementaux et des atteintes de la santé psychique
  • Expérience professionnelle confirmée dans une fonction similaire souhaitée
  • Connaissances approfondies du tissu associatif local et des institutions du réseau
  • Capacité à travailler et collaborer en équipe pluridisciplinaire
  • Aisance rédactionnelle et très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques
  • Capacité d’analyse des situations psychosociales complexes
  • Aptitude à respecter les exigences des services placeurs
  • Autonome et proactif/ve avec un esprit axé solutions
  • Sens de l’organisation et des priorités
  • Capacité de communication, orienté travail collaboratif et fort esprit d'équipe
