Der Rechtsdienst der SRG lenkt das Unternehmen und dessen Mitarbeitende sicher durch das Gesetzes- und Regulierungswerk und sichert die juristische Integrität des Unternehmens.

Im Rechtsdienst engagieren Sie sich für folgende Themen:

  • Sie beraten und unterstützen Verwaltungsrat, Generaldirektorin und Geschäftsleitung bei gesellschaftsrechtlichen und regulatorischen Fragen an der Schnittstelle von Medien, Politik und Recht. Idealerweise bringen Sie Kenntnisse im Rundfunkrecht mit.
  • Sie gestalten die Corporate Governance der SRG mit und begleiten Organisations-, Struktur- und Transformationsprojekte rechtlich.
  • Sie unterstützen die Entscheidträger:innen der SRG bei der Anwendung interner Regelwerke und entwickeln diese Regelwerke weiter.
  • Sie redigieren und prüfen Verträge, beraten und unterstützen interne Kundinnen und Kunden bei Vertragsverhandlungen vor allem im Bereich der Beschaffung von Infrastruktur, Hardware und Software.

Damit begeistern Sie uns ####

  • Sie bringen Erfahrung in einem Unternehmen, in der öffentlichen Verwaltung oder in einer Anwaltskanzlei in den Bereichen Gesellschaftsrecht und/oder Vertragsrecht mit, idealerweise mit Schweizer Anwaltspatent.
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute digitale Kenntnisse und eine hohe Affinität für neue Technologien.
  • Sie sind eine aufgeschlossene, anpackende und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung und wissen sich sicher gegenüber verschiedenster Anspruchsgruppen zu bewegen.
  • Sie arbeiten gerne pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert, haben analytische, redaktionelle und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, verhandeln geschickt und zielstrebig.
  • Sie sind deutscher Muttersprache, kommunizieren mündlich und schriftlich sicher auf Französisch und verfügen über gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch Teamgeist aus und schätzen eine kooperative und interdisziplinäre Arbeitsweise, wobei Sie Interesse an den verschiedenen Sprachregionen der Schweiz haben.
