Urbaniste 100% CDI (H/F/D)

Responsabilités

  • Gérer les demandes de subventions et collaborer avec l'aménagiste
  • Concevoir des projets et des mesures pour renforcer l'urbanisation interne
  • Veiller à une utilisation optimale du territoire en appliquant les outils administratifs
  • Préparer les avis, décisions et correspondances nécessaires pour mener à bien ses missions
  • Définir des options de développement stratégique et délimiter les périmètres d'urbanisation
  • Participer activement aux processus de gestion qualité, de controlling, et de suivi territorial pour évaluer les impacts spatiaux
  • Garantir un développement territorial équilibré, conforme aux normes et aux intérêts locaux

Profil

  • Diplôme universitaire d'architecte, géographe, ou de développement territorial, avec spécialisation en urbanisme
  • Expérience confirmée d'au moins 2 ans dans le domaine de l'aménagement du territoire ainsi qu'au sein d'une administration publique suisse
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et bonnes connaissances de l'allemand.
  • Solides compétences dans l'analyse et l'interprétation des plans d'affectation
  • Connaissance approfondie des bases légales en matière d'aménagement du territoire
  • Bonne maîtrise des spécificités institutionnelles et territoriales du Valais
