A propos du rôle

En tant qu'Assistant Administratif vous interviendrez en renfort durant une période de forte activité pour assurer la gestion documentaire, la numérisation et le traitement des flux de courrier.

Nous vous proposons Une mission temporaire flexible, idéale pour concilier des études avec une expérience professionnelle pratique et rémunérée.

Tâches -------

Soutien administratif général axé sur la numérisation de documents, la mise sous pli et le traitement du courrier entrant et sortant.

  • Numérisation et indexation de documents dans la GED
  • Mise en forme et traitement de documents sur des applications internes
  • Tri, acheminement et préparation du courrier à expédier
  • Traitement administratif des avis de sortie

Nous cherchons

  • Connaissance de base des outils MS Word et MS Excel
  • Excellente maîtrise de la langue française
  • Statut d'étudiant ou profil disponible immédiatement pour un temps partiel

Un atout si vous possédez

* Première expérience dans un rôle de soutien administratif ou dans le secteur des assurances
