Aufgaben

  • Full\-Stack UX Design im Bankenumfeld von Research, Ideation, Konzeption, Prototyping, Validation, Spezifikation und Qualitätssicherstellung der Umsetzung
  • Erarbeitung der benötigen Daten\-Grundlagen (Research, Tests,etc.) und Umwandlung in User\-Flows und Screens
  • Konzipiert und gestaltet Journeys und Features für Web und Mobile Apps
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem UX\-Fachbereich und andere UX\-Teams für sämtliche Vorhaben
  • Anwendung von digitalen UX/UI\-Gestaltungsprinzipen
  • Qualitätsicherung von UX/UI in der Umsetzung
  • Gestaltung und Evaluierung von Flows und Screens zusammen mit dem Business
  • Stellt sicher, dass Markenrichtlinien eingehalten und Design\- und Interaktionspatterns verwendet werden

Anforderungen

  • Erfahrung mit Design\-Methoden entlang des gesamten UX\-Prozesses
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse zu digitalen UX/UI\-Gestaltungsprinzipen
  • Erfahrung im Management von verschiedenen Anforderungssteller und deren Fachbedürfnisse
  • Erfahrung in der Erarbeitung von Datengrundlagen (Research, Tests,etc.), sowie in der Umwandlung in User\-Flows und Screens
  • Erfahrung mit der Umgang von umfangreichen Design Systemen
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Konzeption von Mobile\-Applikationen auf Apple und Android sowie deren Guidelines
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse
