The posting

Mission : En tant que veilleur·se de nuit, vous assurez le bien-être, le confort et la sécurité des résidents durant la nuit (de 20h15 à 7h15).

Vos responsabilités : - Assurez les soins de base et accompagnez les résidents dans les gestes de la vie quotidienne, notamment au coucher, lors des réveils et des levers. - Veillez à leur confort, à leur installation et à la prévention des risques durant la nuit. - Observez leur état général et signalez aux équipes de jour tout changement, incident ou événement particulier. - Garantissez la surveillance et la sécurité des résidents ainsi que des locaux du Foyer. - Faites face aux situations imprévues ou urgentes en appliquant les protocoles en vigueur. - Transmettez les informations utiles avec précision et discernement afin d’assurer la continuité de l’accompagnement. - Collaborez étroitement avec les membres de votre équipe et participez aux colloques et formations nécessaires à votre fonction.

Votre profil : - Vous avez idéalement déjà de l'expérience dans ce domaine. - Vous êtes une personne attentive, fiable et responsable, dotée d’un bon sens de l’observation. - Vous faites preuve de patience, de respect et de discrétion dans l’accompagnement des résidants. - Vous êtes capable de réagir de manière adaptée face aux imprévus et de respecter les procédures établies. - Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et assurez des transmissions claires et rigoureuses. - Vous êtes disposé·e à acquérir les compétences nécessaires aux soins de base et à appliquer les techniques enseignées.
