Votre mission

- Conseiller et accompagner la clientèle dans l'achat de son véhicule neuf CUPRA et SEAT, avec un conseil complet : configuration, essai, financement, leasing, reprise, livraison - Traiter les leads entrants avec réactivité et discipline de suivi — chaque contact compte - Développer et fidéliser votre portefeuille clients dans la durée - Piloter votre activité dans le CRM et contribuer aux objectifs de volume et de satisfaction client du site - Représenter la marque CUPRA avec professionnalisme, en showroom comme lors d'événements

Votre profil

- Expérience dans la vente et le conseil à la clientèle ; une expérience automobile est un atout, pas une condition - Intérêt marqué pour l'automobile et les nouvelles technologies, notamment la mobilité électrique - Dynamisme, adaptabilité et maîtrise des réseaux sociaux sont des compétences importantes - Rigueur dans le suivi, orientation résultats et vrai sens du service - Excellente présentation et parfaite maîtrise du français ; l'allemand ou l’anglais est un plus important - Réseau établi dans la région de La Chaux-de-Fonds - Permis de conduire catégorie B
