CURAVIVA Baselland vertritt als Branchenverband die Interessen der Alters- und Pflegeinstitutionen im Kanton Basel-Landschaft. Wir engagieren uns für gute politische und wirtschaftliche Rahmenbedingungen sowie für eine zukunftsfähige Altersversorgung. Wir sind die starke Stimme unserer Mitglieder, die mit 4'500 Mitarbeitenden rund 3'300 Menschen ein Zuhause bieten.

Für unsere Geschäftsstelle suchen wir per sofort eine fachlich versierte, konzeptionell starke und selbstständig arbeitende Persönlichkeit als Verantwortliche/-r Fachentwicklung & Projekte.

Deine Aufgabe: Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für fachlich-inhaltliche Fragestellungen. Du beobachtest Entwicklungen in der Alters- und Langzeitpflege, erkennst deren Bedeutung für den Verband und entwickelst daraus Grundlagen, politische Positionen, Fachdossiers und konkrete Projekte zum Nutzen unserer Mitglieder.

Deine wichtigsten Aufgaben: •Du bearbeitest Fachgeschäfte zu Versorgung, Finanzierung, Qualität und zur Weiterentwicklung der stationären Langzeitpflege •Hierfür analysierst Du betriebliche, regulatorische oder versorgungspolitische Entwicklungen und erarbeitest Stellungnahmen, Argumentarien und fachliche Positionen. So lieferst Du dem Geschäftsführer wie dem Vorstand die inhaltliche Grundlage für die politische Interessenvertretung •Du erkennst politische Entwicklungen, prüfst deren Relevanz für unsere Mitglieder und pflegst den persönlichen Austausch mit Behörden, Partnerorganisationen und weiteren Fachpersonen

Was du mitbringst: •Einen Abschluss auf Stufe HF, FH oder Universität in einem relevanten Bereich wie Gesundheitswesen, Pflege, Sozialwissenschaften, Public Management oder Gesundheitsökonomie •Berufserfahrung im Gesundheits-, Alters-, Sozial- oder Verbandsbereich sowie Erfahrung in der Leitung oder Begleitung von längerfristigen Projekten •Verständnis für die Zusammenhänge zwischen Leistungserbringern, Gemeinden, Kanton und weiteren Akteuren •Sehr gute konzeptionelle und schriftliche Fähigkeiten, selbstständiges, strukturiertes und pragmatisches Arbeiten, ein gewinnendes Auftreten sowie Freude an einer kleinen, vielseitigen Geschäftsstelle •Hands-on und bereit, auch mal abends für einen Anlass oder ein Meeting zur Verfügung zu stehen •Kenntnisse der Alters- und Langzeitpflege im Kanton Basel-Landschaft sowie der politischen Strukturen sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung

Was dich erwartet: Eine vielseitige, eigenverantwortliche Fachfunktion mit grossem Gestaltungsspielraum für Aufgaben, die das Leben der Menschen im vierten Alter massgeblich beeinflussen. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Geschäftsführer, dem Verbandsmanagement, dem Vorstand, unseren Mitgliedern sowie externen Partnern zusammen.
