Verantwortlicher/r Finanzbuchhaltung Schweiz

Ihre Aufgaben

* Gesamtverantwortung für die Finanzbuchhaltung der Schweizer Gesellschaft

* Führung der Haupt-, Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Anlagebuchhaltung

* Selbstständige Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse

* Erstellung und Einreichung der Schweizer MWST-Abrechnungen

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben sowie interner Konzernrichtlinien

* Ansprechpartner/in für externe Revisoren, Behörden und die internationale Konzernfinanzabteilung

* Unterstützung des lokalen Managements mit aussagekräftigen Finanzdaten und Analysen

* Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen internen Abteilungen bei finanzrelevanten Fragestellungen

* Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Finanzprozessen und internen Kontrollen

 

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der selbstständigen und bilanzsicheren Führung einer Schweizer Finanzbuchhaltung

* Gute Kenntnisse der Schweizer Mehrwertsteuer

* Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen

* Kenntnisse in IFRS, US GAAP oder Swiss GAAP FER von Vorteil

* Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit gängigen ERP-Systemen

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Selbstständige, exakte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Hohe Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit

* Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld

 

Das erwartet Sie Es erwartet Sie eine vielseitige und eigenverantwortliche Schlüsselposition innerhalb eines international ausgerichteten Industrieunternehmens. Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die Schweizer Finanzbuchhaltung und stehen dabei in engem Austausch mit dem lokalen Management sowie internationalen Finance-Funktionen. Der Arbeitsort befindet sich am oberen Zürichsee. Die Position ist per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung in einem 100%-Pensum zu besetzen. Ihre Vorteile:
