  • Verfügen und Vollziehen von Pfändungen
  • Verfügen und Vollziehen von Arresten und Retentionen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung rechtlicher Vorschriften und interner Richtlinien
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Backoffice und der Kanzlei

Ihr Hintergrund :

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Präzise, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Entscheidungsfreude und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, sicheres Auftreten und hohe Belastbarkeit
  • Gewillt sich in die entsprechenden Rechtsgebiete einzuarbeiten (insb. SchKG)
  • Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Deutsch

Die Zivilrechtsverwaltung Basel\-Landschaft ist zuständig für die Umsetzung des Bundes\- und des kantonalen Zivilrechts sowie des Schuldbetreibungs\- und Konkursrechts und ist Teil der Sicherheitsdirektion Basel\-Landschaft. Die Dienststelle erbringt die Dienstleistungen des Grundbuchamtes, des Handelsregisteramtes, der behördlichen Teile des Erbrechts, des Betreibungs\- und Konkursamtes, des Zivilstandswesens sowie bezüglich der Adoptionen und Namensänderungen. Das Betreibungs\- und Konkursamt vollzieht die Betreibungs\- und Konkursverfahren und erteilt auf Gesuch hin Gläubigern, Schuldnern sowie anderen Berechtigten Auskünfte aus dem Betreibungs\- und Verlustscheinregister.
