Die Söhne Extrusion AG entwickelt und produziert hochwertige Kunststoffverpackungen für anspruchsvolle Kunden aus Industrie und Gewerbe. Mit modernster Extrusionsblas\-Technologie, hoher Qualitätsorientierung und über 100 Jahren Erfahrung innerhalb der Söhne Gruppe zählen wir zu den führenden Herstellern von Kunststoffverpackungen in der Schweiz.

Zur Verstärkung unseres engagierten Produktionsteams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine zuverlässige und motivierte Persönlichkeit als Verfahrensmechaniker Extrusionsblasen – 100% (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben -----------------

  • Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Auftragsbearbeitung
  • Selbständiges Bedienen der Maschinen, einschliesslich Ueberwachung des Produktionsprozesses / Einhaltung von Vorgabewerten
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen anhand von Prüfanweisungen
  • Laufende Dokumentation und Abschluss von Fertigungsaufträgen.
  • Behebung von Störungen an den Extrusionsblasmaschinen
  • Durchführung von Materialwechseln \& Reinigung von Peripherieanlagen
  • Koordination der Schichtgruppe (5 Mitarbeiter)
  • Durchführung der Schichtübergabe \& Teilnahme an Shopfloormeetings
  • Anforderung Verbrauchsmaterialien
  • Relvante Informationsweitergabe bei Störungen / Abweichungen vom Produktionsplan etc. an den Produktionsleiter
  • Schulung / Unterweisung von Schichtpersonal (z.B. in Zusammenhang mit Reklamationen, Prozessänderungen etc.)
  • Unterstützung des Produktionsleiters im Tagesgeschäft oder in produktionsnahen Projekten
  • Sicherstellen der Einhaltung der Sicherheits\- und Hygienevorschriften
  • Bei Bedarf Unterstützung der Schichtmitarbeiter(innen)
  • Aktive Mitarbeit beim Optimieren von Anlagen und Prozessen und Effizienzsteigerungen

Wir erwarten ----------------

  • Ausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker in der Kunststoffindustrie, idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Extrusionsblasen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich)
  • Bereitschaft für Schichtbetrieb und entsprechende körperliche Verfassung
  • Freude an der Interaktion mit Menschen (erste Führungserfahrung ist ein Plus)
  • hohes Qualitätsverständnis und Bewusstsein
  • eigenverantwortliches und lösungsorientiertes Handeln
  • Freude an der Arbeit in einem dynamischen und abwechslungsreichen Umfeld
