Du rufst Unternehmen aus den unterschiedlichsten Branchen an – vom über das Restaurant bis zum Treuhandbüro – und zeigst ihnen, was Online\-Werbung für sie bewirken kann.

Du redest in Bildern statt in Fachbegriffen und verkaufst nicht einfach ein Produkt, sondern einen Plan, der zum Kunden passt. Unser CRM nutzt du zu deinem Vorteil: Du behältst die Übersicht und arbeitest effizient.

Und weil wir laufend neue Produkte entwickeln und bestehende verbessern, hast du immer etwas Neues im Gepäck.

Telefon statt Papierkrieg Deine Stimme ist dein Werkzeug. Am Anfang geben wir dir Leitplanken mit \- einen klaren Gesprächsaufbau und Tipps aus dem Team. Mit der Zeit findest du deinen eigenen Stil und überzeugst mit deiner , nicht mit einem auswendig gelernten Text.

Jedes Nein bringt dich näher ans Ja Absagen gehören zum Telefonverkauf. Du nimmst sie sportlich und freust dich umso mehr über jeden Kunden, den du überzeugt hast.

Leistung soll sich lohnen Fixlohn plus Provision ohne Obergrenze \- sobald du deine Umsatzschwelle erreichst, verdienst du an jedem Abschluss mit.

Team statt Homeoffice Du arbeitest bei uns im Büro in Rotkreuz, mitten im Verkaufsteam. Hier hörst du, wie die anderen telefonieren, lernst von ihren Abschlüssen und feierst deine eigenen nicht allein vor dem Laptop.

Quereinsteiger/in? Na klar! Du brauchst nicht zehn Jahre Berufserfahrung \- Motivation, Lernbereitschaft und eine gute Portion Ehrgeiz sind uns wichtiger.
