Verkäufer/in mit Schwerpunkt Online-Bestellungen (95–100 %)

Die Stelle verbindet zwei Bereiche: den Verkauf im Laden und die selbstständige Abwicklung der Bestellungen aus unserem Onlineshop.

Ihre Aufgaben

Verkauf im Laden - Freundliche Bedienung und kompetente Beratung unserer Kundschaft - Verantwortungsvoller Verkauf gemäss den gesetzlichen Vorgaben (inkl. Alterskontrolle 18+) - Kassenführung und Tagesabschluss - Präsentation und Pflege der Verkaufsfläche, Ordnung im Ladenlokal

Online-Bestellungen & E-Commerce - Selbstständige Bearbeitung der Online-Bestellungen: Bestelleingang, Kommissionieren, Verpacken, Versand (Post) - Kundenanfragen per E-Mail und Telefon beantworten, Retouren abwickeln - Pflege des Webshops (Produkte, Preise, Lagerbestände) - Kontrolle des Warenbestands, Nachbestellungen bei Lieferanten, Wareneingang

Administration - E-Mail-Korrespondenz, Ablage und einfache Büroorganisation - Datenpflege in Excel und Webtools

Ihr Profil - Erfahrung im Verkauf / Detailhandel (z. B. Detailhandelsfachfrau/-mann EFZ oder vergleichbar) - Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von Online-Bestellungen, im Versand oder im E-Commerce von Vorteil - Sicherer Umgang mit PC, Office und Webshop-Systemen - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Schweizerdeutsch von Vorteil) - Selbstständige, exakte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise - Freude am Kundenkontakt und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung - Interesse an natürlichen Produkten sowie am Thema Hanf / CBD - Quereinsteiger/innen mit Verkaufserfahrung sowie ältere Bewerber/innen sind willkommen

Arbeitszeiten (95–100 %) - Montag bis Freitag: 11:00 – 18:30 Uhr - Samstag: 12:00 – 16:00 Uhr (zwei Samstage pro Monat) - Sonntag: geschlossen
