Für unser etabliertes Hanf-Fachgeschäft in 8037 Zürich suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte, zuverlässige Persönlichkeit für den Bereich Verkauf, Administration und PC-gestützte Tätigkeiten. Quereinsteiger/innen sowie ältere Bewerber/innen sind herzlich willkommen.

Ihre Aufgaben

(Sie werden sorgfältig und strukturiert eingearbeitet)

Freundliche Bedienung und kompetente Beratung unserer Kundschaft im Hanf- / CBD-Fachgeschäft

Verantwortungsvoller Verkauf gemäss den gesetzlichen Vorgaben (inkl. Alterskontrolle 18+)

Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Kundenbestellungen

Unterstützung im Bestell- und Warenwesen

Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben (E-Mail-Korrespondenz, Ablage, einfache Büroorganisation)

Sicheres Arbeiten am Computer (Excel, Word, Webtools, strukturierte Datenpflege)

Pflege und Aktualisierung des Webshops sowie Unterstützung bei digitalen Verkaufsprozessen

Kontrolle des Warenbestands und Durchführung von Nachbestellungen

Präsentation und Pflege der Verkaufsfläche sowie Ordnung im Ladenlokal

Ihr Profil

Zuverlässige, gepflegte und engagierte Persönlichkeit

Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung

Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

Sicherer und routinierter Umgang mit PC, Office-Programmen und digitalen Tools

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Schweizerdeutsch verstehen oder sprechen von Vorteil)

Verkaufserfahrung von Vorteil, jedoch keine Voraussetzung

Interesse an natürlichen Produkten sowie am Thema Hanf / CBD

Ø ca. 39.5 Std./Woche (≈ 95 %)

Montag bis Freitag: 11:00 – 18:30 Uhr

Samstag: 12:00 – 16:00 Uhr (zwei Samstage pro Monat Pflicht)

Sonntag: geschlossen
