Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine / einen Verkaufsberater/in im Aussendienst 100% (m/w/d) Region Ost\-CH (ZH, SH, SZ, TG, SG, AI, AR, GL, GR) Deine Aufgaben Persönliche Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden aus dem Bereich Industrie und Baugewerbe Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Bestandskunden sowie Akquise neuer Kunden Umsatz\- und Margenverantwortung für das zugeteilte Marktgebiet Fortlaufende Bedarfsanalyse der Kunden und gezielte Nutzung von Cross\-Selling\-Potenzial Verkauf von Lösungen über Mehrwert Teilnahme an Fachmessen Dein Anforderungsprofil Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb technischer Produkte Ausbildung zum Elektroinstallateur/in, Mechatroniker/in, oder Automatiker/in Fundierte Branchen\- und Kundenkenntnis im Elektro\- und Maschinen\-/Anlagenbau Gewohnheit, selbstständig und lösungsorientiert zu arbeiten mit hoher Motivation und ausgeprägter Kundenorientierung Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit, gutes Verhandlungsgeschick sowie gewinnendes und überzeugendes Auftreten Unser Angebot Ein offenes, hilfsbereites und motiviertes Team Kurze Entscheidungswege und eine offene Kommunikation, um Ihre Ideen einzubringen und voranzutreiben Modernes Entlöhnungssystem Möglichkeit von Ferienkauf \& unbezahltem Urlaub, Dienstjubiläumsgeschenke, Firmenevents, kostenlose Parkplätze usw.
