MW Trading AG – WER WIR SIND Die ersten Schritte zur Gründung der MW Trading AG wurden 2010 gemacht. Ein Uhren und Schmuck Geschäft mit dem Namen Atelier Wyss wurde gleich neben dem Löwen Denkmal in der wunderschönen Stadt Luzern in der Schweiz eröffnet. 2011 wurden die Aktivitäten nach Interlaken ausgeweitet (Gründung MW Trading AG). Heute betreiben wir 4 Geschäfte in Luzern, und Interlaken

Unsere Mitarbeiter stammen aus zahlreichen Kulturen, dabei hauptsächlich aus Europa und Asien. Zusammen bauen wir alle unsere Tätigkeiten auf dem Versprechen der «Schweizer Qualität» auf und streben danach die Emotionen unserer Kunden zu berühren mit dem Ziel ein unterhaltsames, positives und einzigartiges Kundenerlebnis zu schaffen.

IHRE AUFGABEN Beraten unserer anspruchsvollen nationalen wie internationalen Kundschaft beim Kauf von Uhren, Schmuck, Souvenirs und anderen Produkten Bedienen der Kasse Pflegen und Kontrollieren der Vitrinen sowie der Markendisplays Allgemeine Mithilfe im Geschäft (Warenpräsentation, Lieferungen, etc.) Möglicherweise weitere Aufgaben wie Markenverantwortung etc. übernehmen

IHRE KOMPETENZEN Grosse Flexibilität bezüglich Arbeitszeiten Erfahrung im Detailhandel, wenn möglich Mode oder Schmuck/Uhren. Verkaufserfahrung im internationalen Umfeld, wenn möglich im asiatischen Raum oder Erfahrung mit asiatischen Touristen Hohes Mass an Einfühlungsvermögen für unsere Kundschaft aus aller Welt Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung Belastbare und einsatzfreudige Persönlichkeit mit sehr guten Umgangsformen Gute Kenntnisse in Vietnamesisch und Englisch sind zwingend erforderlich.

IHR PROFIL Hohe Eigenmotivation, strukturiertes und zielorientiertes Arbeiten Empathische, Sympathisches Persönlichkeit, gewinnendes und gepflegtes Auftreten Ausgeprägtes Dienstleistungsverständnis und Teamplayer Bitte spezifizieren Sie in Ihrer Bewerbung wie viel Pensum Sie arbeiten möchten. Wochenendarbeit muss möglich sein, da wir 7 Tage die Woche offen sind.
