Für die Betreuung und den Ausbau des B2B-Geschäfts in der Ostschweiz suchen wir eine verkaufsstarke Persönlichkeit, die Kunden versteht, technische Lösungen überzeugend erklärt und Projekte mit Ausdauer zum Erfolg führt.

Diese Aufgabe passt zu Menschen, die gerne unterwegs sind, den Kontakt zu Unternehmen, Architekturbüros, Planern und Bauprofis schätzen - und wissen, dass erfolgreicher Verkauf im Bauumfeld Vertrauen, Fachwissen und Verbindlichkeit braucht.

Ihre Aufgaben ####

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion verbinden Sie technische Beratung, Verkauf und Marktbearbeitung. Sie erkennen Chancen, bauen Beziehungen aus und begleiten Kunden vom ersten Gespräch bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.

  • Sie betreuen bestehende B2B-Kunden in der Ostschweiz und bauen neue Kontakte gezielt auf.
  • Metallbau-Lösungen präsentieren Sie verständlich, überzeugend und auf den jeweiligen Bedarf abgestimmt.
  • Offerten, Verhandlungen und Abschlüsse führen Sie mit Gespür für Kunden, Technik und Wirtschaftlichkeit.
  • Mit Architekturbüros, Planern, Generalunternehmen und Gewerbekunden pflegen Sie langfristige Beziehungen.
  • Marktchancen, Projekte und Ausschreibungen verfolgen Sie aktiv und bringen diese in den Verkaufsprozess ein.
  • Intern arbeiten Sie eng mit Kalkulation, Technik, Projektleitung und Produktion zusammen.

Ihr Profil ####

Sie bringen Erfahrung im technischen Verkauf mit und kennen das Bau- oder Baunebengewerbe aus der Praxis. Wichtig sind uns Marktverständnis, Beratungsstärke und Freude am persönlichen Kundenkontakt.

  • Erfolgreiche Erfahrung in Beratung und Verkauf im B2B-Umfeld
  • Branchenkenntnisse im Metallbau und/oder im Bau- bzw. Baunebengewerbe
  • Technisches Verständnis und Fähigkeit, kundenspezifische Lösungen verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Sicheres Auftreten, Verhandlungsgeschick und Freude an der Akquisition
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verbindliche Arbeitsweise
  • Regionale Verankerung und ein gutes Netzwerk in der Ostschweiz
