Hydroliq entwickelt und produziert in Luzern nachhaltige und hochwertige Hygienelösungen, unter anderem für das Gesundheitswesen, die Lebensmittelindustrie und die Landwirtschaft. Für die Nutztierhaltung bauen wir unser Geschäft in der Ostschweiz aus. Dafür suchen wir Verstärkung in der Verkaufsberatung: Du kennst die Landwirtschaft aus der Praxis, berätst gern auf Augenhöhe und willst ein Verkaufsgebiet zu deinem eigenen machen.

Das sind deine Aufgaben

  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des Kundenportfolios in der Ostschweiz
  • Betreuung bestehender Kunden
  • Beratung von Nutztierbetrieben vor Ort, inklusive Analyse der Tränke\- und Wassersysteme und Erarbeitung passender Lösungen
  • Erstellung von Offerten sowie selbstständige Führung von Verkaufs\- und Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Erschliessung neuer Kunden und Marktpotenziale im Verkaufsgebiet
  • Netzwerkpflege zu Tierärzten, Verbänden und Branchenpartnern
  • Repräsentation von Hydroliq an Messen und Fachveranstaltungen
  • Dokumentation von Kundenaktivitäten und Verkaufschancen im CRM\-System

Das zeichnet dich aus

  • Ausbildung im Agrarbereich oder fundierte Praxiserfahrung in der Landwirtschaft, idealerweise mit Bezug zur Nutztierhaltung
  • Erfahrung in der Beratung oder im Verkauf landwirtschaftlicher Lösungen
  • Netzwerk in der Ostschweizer Landwirtschaft von Vorteil
  • Freude am persönlichen Kundenkontakt, sicheres Auftreten, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Interesse an technischen Lösungen sowie an den Themen Hygiene, Wasserqualität und Tiergesundheit
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B sowie hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Ostschweiz
