Die Wurzeln der Sugra GmbH reichen zurück bis ins Jahr 1998, als auf unserem eigenen Landwirtschaftsbetrieb die Produktion von gerade einmal 100 Kleinballen Pferdeheulage für einen Nachbarn begann. Durch unermüdlichen Einsatz und steigende Nachfrage wuchs der Betrieb rasant: Aus dem Transport mit einem einfachen Pferdeanhänger wurde bald ein eigener Fuhrpark.

Ein Meilenstein folgte im Jahr 2009 mit der Gründung der Sugra GmbH und dem Exklusivvertrieb der hochwertigen \-Einstreu aus Ungarn. Dank kompromissloser Qualität und einer treuen Kundschaft wurde das Sortiment kontinuierlich erweitert – von verschiedenen Einstreu\-Alternativen wie Leineneinstreu und Hobelspänen bis hin zu hochwertigen Futtermitteln wie Heucobs und Luzernewürfeln.

Seit dem 1\. Januar 2026 gehört die Sugra GmbH zur Mülimatt AG, einem traditionsreichen Familienunternehmen aus Hornussen. Die Werte und die bewährte Qualität der Sugra GmbH bleiben erhalten, ergänzt durch noch mehr Know\-how, eine leistungsfähige Logistik und ein erweitertes Sortiment. Unser Versprechen bleibt: Beratung und Service „auf Augenhöhe mit den Kunden“.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Kompetente Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden per Telefon, E\-Mail und WhatsApp
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Erstellung von Angeboten
  • Auftragsabwicklung und Koordination der Lieferungen
  • Disposition und Organisation der Logistikprozesse und Touren.
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Kundendaten

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst, idealerweise in der Landwirtschafts\- oder Futtermittelbranche
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Organisationsgeschick und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute EDV\-Kenntnisse (MS Office, ERP\-Systeme von Vorteil)
  • Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
