Unser Kunde, die Emaform AG mit Sitz in Gontenschwil, ist ein etablierter Schweizer Spezialist für kundenspezifische technische Formteile aus Polyurethan. Das Unternehmen begleitet seine Kunden als Entwicklungs\- und Fertigungspartner von der Idee bis zur Serie und steht für Qualität, Verlässlichkeit und langjährige, partnerschaftliche Kundenbeziehungen. Seit Dezember 2025 ist Emaform Teil der F.G. Holding AG.

Im Zuge der Nachfolgeplanung für den in Pension gehenden Stelleninhaber suchen wir eine unternehmerisch denkende und pragmatische Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigeninitiative als

Verkaufsleiter (m/w/d)

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für Verkauf, Umsatz, Auftragseingang, Margen und Entwicklung der Verkaufspipeline
  • Aktive Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kunden sowie gezielte Akquisition neuer Industriekunden
  • Technische und kommerzielle Beratung der Kunden sowie Beurteilung von Anfragen hinsichtlich Machbarkeit, Anwendung und wirtschaftlicher Attraktivität
  • Selbständige Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Kalkulationen und Angeboten sowie Verantwortung für Preisgestaltung, Vertrags\- und Preisverhandlungen
  • Begleitung technisch anspruchsvoller Kundenprojekte und zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Technik und Produktion
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Verkaufs\- und Key\-Account\-Strategie sowie Weiterentwicklung und Professionalisierung der Verkaufsprozesse
  • Aufbau und anschliessende Führung eines leistungsfähigen Verkaufsinnendienstes zur Unterstützung der aktiven Marktbearbeitung

Ihr Profil:

  • Technische Grundausbildung, vorzugsweise Kunststofftechnik, Maschinenbau, Apparatebau oder Produktionstechnik; Weiterbildung im Verkauf von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen B2B\-Verkauf von erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten oder kundenspezifischen industriellen Lösungen
  • Erfahrung in einem produzierenden KMU oder einem vergleichbaren, praxisnahen industriellen Umfeld
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie Fähigkeit, technische Zeichnungen, Geometrien und Toleranzen zu verstehen und mit Kunden sowie internen Fachbereichen auf Augenhöhe zu diskutieren
  • Erfahrung im Projektgeschäft, in Kalkulation, Offertstellung, Preisgestaltung sowie Vertrags\- und Preisverhandlungen
  • Führungserfahrung oder Potenzial zur Führung eines kleinen Verkaufsteams
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse für Kundenkontakte, gute ösischkenntnisse von Vorteil
