Deine Aufgaben

  • Rekrutierung, systematische Entwicklung und Begleitung eines Teams von Berater/innen
  • Ergebnisorientierte Planung und Durchführung von Massnahmen zur Marktbearbeitung
  • Aufbau neuer Kundenbeziehungen und Sicherstellung einer exzellenten Betreuung bestehender Kunden und Geschäftspartner
  • Umsetzung der Beratungsphilosophie und \-methodik von Zurich sowie Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards
  • Verantwortung für die Erreichung der Teamziele und der persönlichen Ziele

Deine Fähigkeiten und Talente

  • Du bist Spielmacher und Teamplayer zugleich
  • Freude und Fähigkeit zur Motivation und ergebnisorientierten Mitarbeiterführung
  • Umfassendes Beziehungsnetz sowie ausgeprägtes Akquisitions\- und Verkaufsflair
  • Mehrjährige, erfolgreiche Vertriebserfahrung im Versicherungs\-, Finanzdienstleistungs\- oder Vorsorgebereich
  • Zielgerichtete und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie hohes Engagement
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken, Handeln und Organisieren
  • Idealerweise höhere Berufsausbildung (eidg. Fachausweis, Verkaufsleiter, Finanz\- oder Marketingplaner)
