Unsere Auftraggeberin ist eine traditionsreiche, genossenschaftlich organisierte Dienstleisterin der Schweizer Baubranche mit rund 850 Mitarbeitenden. Ihre Aufgabe ###

  • Sie verantworten die Marktentwicklung und den Verkauf im Bereich Gebäudehülle & Holz in der Region Ost
  • Sie führen und entwickeln das Innen- und Aussendienstteam (8-10 Mitarbeitende) mit Klarheit und Engagement
  • Bestehende Kundenbeziehungen bauen Sie gezielt aus und gewinnen neue Kunden für langfristige Partnerschaften
  • Sie beraten Kunden kompetent und entwickeln passende Lösungsangebote für ihre Bauprojekte
  • Sortiment und Pricing gestalten Sie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Category Management mit
  • Sie verhandeln auf Augenhöhe mit Entscheidungsträgern und begleiten relevante Bauprojekte aktiv
  • Als Mitglied des Führungsteams der Verkaufsregion Ost stimmen Sie sich eng mit der Geschäftsleitung sowie mit weiteren Regionen und Fachbereichen ab
  • Sie repräsentieren und bringen sich in Berufsverbänden sowie Fachgremien ein

Das bringen Sie mit ###

  • Technische Grundausbildung aus dem Bereich Holzbau, z.B. Schreiner, Zimmerin
  • Verkaufsleiterschule oder eine vergleichbare betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung
  • Mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung, idealerweise im Holzbau, in der Gebäudehülle oder im Baustoffhandel
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
  • Fundiertes Fachwissen im Holzbau, in der Gebäudehülle oder mit branchenspezifischen Produkten
  • Stärke in Marktbearbeitung, Kundenentwicklung und Neukundengewinnung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Umsatz-, Margen- und Verkaufskennzahlen
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Durchsetzungskraft und Ergebnisorientierung
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen, insbesondere Rätoromanisch, sind ein Plus
