Seit über 60 Jahren steht die Bäckerei Schefer für Qualität, Handwerk und Innovation. Mit rund 135 Mitarbeitenden betreiben wir 7 eigene Filialen und beliefern über 50 Kunden in der Region und darüber hinaus.

Heute wird das Familienunternehmen bereits in der 3. Generation von Raffael und Lucia Schefer geführt. Neben der Bäckerei & Konditorei Schefer AG gehört auch die Schefer Gastronomie AG zur Familie.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung in Gastronomie und Verkauf
  • Erste Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion
  • Gute administrative Fähigkeiten
  • Offene und direkte Kommunikation sowie ein guter Informationsfluss im Team

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie arbeiten im Verkauf und übernehmen die Stellvertretung der Filialleiterin
  • Sie unterstützen die Filialleiterin bei der Personal- und Schichtplanung (2-Schicht-Betrieb) und führen Mitarbeitergespräche
  • Sie füllen das Sortiment auf, pflegen es und kontrollieren die Warenbestände. Gemeinsam mit der Küche wirken Sie bei der Angebotsplanung und der Gestaltung der Saisonkarte mit
  • Sie betreuen unsere Stamm- und Neukunden freundlich und kompetent rund um unser Bäckerei-, Konditorei- und Caféangebot
  • Sie beraten unsere Kunden zu Inhaltsstoffen und möglichen Allergenen
  • Sie nehmen regelmässig an Teammeetings und Schulungen teil
