Notre mandante, la Hypo Vorarlberg Bank AG située à St. Gallen, est une banque établie opérant au-delà des frontières régionales, avec des propriétaires de droit public, des valeurs régionales et un réseau international. Elle est active en Autriche, en Suisse, dans le sud de l'Allemagne ainsi que dans le nord de l'Italie. En tant que partie d'un groupe bancaire autrichien prospère, elle allie stabilité et dynamisme entrepreneurial et développe de manière cohérente son activité de Private Banking en Suisse alémanique. Le site de St. Gallen est en forte phase de croissance depuis cinq ans et offre la possibilité de participer activement au développement d'une approche de conseil entièrement digitalisée, raison pour laquelle nous recherchons pour notre mandante un(e) conseiller(ère) en gestion de patrimoine / adjoint(e) au responsable Private Banking.

Tâches

Dans cette fonction polyvalente, vous assumez la responsabilité du suivi de clients privés exigeants tout en contribuant activement au développement du Private Banking.

  • Conseil global aux clients privés fortunés (à partir de CHF 1 million d'actifs bancables, à terme également segment Affluent en tant que desk de conseil digitalisé)
  • Établissement et entretien de relations clients à long terme avec un focus sur un conseil global transfrontalier
  • Participation au développement du Private Banking ainsi que prise en charge des tâches de remplacement de la direction
  • Participation à la mise en place d-un desk de conseil digital pour les clients Affluent ainsi que potentiellement pour les conseillers en Autriche et en Allemagne
  • Intégration de solutions de gestion d-actifs autrichiennes ainsi que collaboration transfrontalière avec les unités de conseil en Autriche, en Allemagne et dans le nord de l-Italie
  • Financements dans le domaine des biens immobiliers résidentiels occupés par leur propriétaire et des biens de rendement ou financements de petites entreprises (selon savoir-faire)
  • Participation à des projets et contribution active à la conception des structures d-équipe et d-organisation

Exigences

Vous êtes une personnalité entrepreneuriale appréciant le travail de construction et possédez une solide expérience dans le conseil aux clients Private Banking.

  • Expérience de plusieurs années en conseil en gestion de patrimoine / Private Banking
  • Capacité à conseiller de manière autonome et globale des clients exigeants
  • Esprit entrepreneurial ainsi qu-intérêt à influencer activement et à participer à la conception
  • Affinité pour les sujets digitaux et ouverture aux nouvelles approches de conseil (par ex. desk digital)
  • Idéalement expérience avec des clients internationaux ou des questions transfrontalières
  • Méthode de travail structurée, initiative et orientée solutions
  • Excellentes compétences en communication dans un environnement multiculturel
  • Résidence dans la région de St. Gallen (environ 40 minutes)
