Am Tor zum Oberland erfüllt die im Jahre 1619 erstmals urkundlich erwähnte Burgergemeinde vielfältige Aufgaben zum Wohl ihrer /innen und im Interesse der Allgemeinheit. Unter anderem stellt sie als bedeutende Wald\- und Landeigentümerin verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen Kulturland, Naherholungsraum, Gewerbe\- und Wohnflächen zur Verfügung. Im Rahmen der Nachfolgeregelung für den langjährigen Stelleninhaber suchen wir eine initiative und verlässliche Persönlichkeit als

Ihre Aufgaben

Sie leiten die Burgerverwaltung in fachlicher und personeller Hinsicht, tragen die operative Gesamtverantwortung für die Geschäfte und beraten Behörden und Publikum. Die Sekretariate der Burgerversammlung, des Burgerrates und weiterer Gremien bilden ebenso Schwerpunkte Ihrer Tätigkeit wie Finanzplanung, Budgetierung, Rechnungsablage und \-wesen. Weiter übernehmen Sie eine zentrale in der Bewirtschaftung des Immobilienportefeuilles und in der Begleitung von Projekten. In einem kleinen Team leisten Sie einen wesentlichen Beitrag an eine kundenfreundliche, effiziente und regelkonforme Verwaltungsführung.

Ihr Profil

Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung und bringen idealerweise Verwaltungserfahrung, ein Diplom als Finanzverwalter/in oder Gemeindeschreiber/in oder eine gleichwertige höhere Fachausbildung mit. Ihr Know\-how, Ihr Organisationstalent und Ihre Sozialkompetenzen zeichnen Sie ebenso aus wie Ihre Ausdrucksgewandtheit in Wort und Schrift, Ihre selbstständige und kooperative Arbeitsweise, Ihr Verhandlungsgeschick und Ihr Flair für rechtliche Fragen und betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge.
