BERNMOBIL leistet damit einen unverzichtbaren Beitrag für eine nachhaltige und leistungsfähige Mobilität in der Stadt und Region Bern. Aufgrund der Amtszeitbeschränkung eines langjährigen Verwaltungsratsmitglieds bieten wir einer engagierten und unternehmerisch denkenden Persönlichkeit per Frühjahr 2027 die nicht alltägliche Möglichkeit, die strategische Weiterentwicklung von BERNMOBIL als

Verwaltungsrätin oder Verwaltungsrat -------------------------------------

aktiv mitzugestalten. Gesucht wird eine Persönlichkeit, welche den bestehenden Verwaltungsrat gezielt ergänzt. Im Vordergrund stehen dabei insbesondere Kompetenzen in den Bereichen Organisati\-onsentwicklung, Human Resources, Transformation und Digitalisierung. Aufgrund ihres beruflichen Werdegangs und Leistungsausweises bringt die gesuchte Persönlichkeit idealerweise folgende Kompetenzen und Erfahrungen mit:

  • Fundierte Erfahrung in Organisationsentwicklung und strategischer Transformation
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für HR\-, Führungs\- und personalstrategische Fragestellungen
  • Erfahrung in der Weiterentwicklung von Organisationen, Führungsstrukturen und Managementteams
  • Führungserfahrung in einer grösseren, personalintensiven Organisation oder einem entsprechenden Unternehmensbereich
  • Verständnis für die besonderen Anforderungen einer Organisation mit einem hohen Anteil an operativ tätigen Mitarbeitenden
  • Erfahrung in der Gestaltung und Begleitung anspruchsvoller Veränderungsprozesse
  • Gutes Verständnis der Digitalisierung und ihrer Auswirkungen auf Organisation, Prozesse, Führung und Zusammenarbeit
  • Verwaltungsratserfahrung ist erwünscht
  • Persönlichkeitsmerkmale wie Integrität, Engagement, Unabhängigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, unternehmerisches Denken sowie hohe Sozialkompetenz
  • Zeitliche Flexibilität und Verfügbarkeit von rund 8–10 Tagen pro Jahr inklusive Vor\- und Nachbereitung
