VIP Manager (a) 80\-100% ========================

Dein Spiel

  • Du baust nachhaltige Beziehungen zu unseren Gästen auf und stellst eine individuelle und massgeschneiderte Gästebetreuung im Segment der hochspielenden Casino\-Gäste sicher
  • Du organisierst und begleitest unsere Spielerinnen und zu Events sowie zu externen Veranstaltungen
  • Du erfasst und pflegst Gästedaten im CRM und erstellst aussagekräftige Reports über deren Aktivitäten
  • Du kommunizierst proaktiv und regelmässig mit unseren Gästen über verschiedene Kanäle (E\-Mail, Chat, Telefon)
  • Du berätst unsere Gäste im Rahmen des Sozialkonzepts und unterstützt bei dessen Umsetzung
  • Du gibst wertvolle Inputs und Feedback aus den Gesprächen mit den Gästen an das Produktmanagement weiter, um unser Angebot und den Service weiterzuentwickeln

Unsere Spielregeln

  • Du hast überdurchschnittlich gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten – sowohl als empathischer Zuhörer als auch als überzeugender Entertainer
  • Du bist humorvoll, charmant und bringst ausgezeichnete Umgangsformen sowie ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild mit
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung in einem oder mehreren Casinos gesammelt, kennst den Bereich Guest Relations sowie die Bedürfnisse unserer Gäste
  • Du arbeitest erfolgs\- und zahlenorientiert, analysierst Daten und leitest daraus deine Entscheidungen ab
  • Du kommunizierst absolut sicher in Deutsch (Muttersprache oder C1\) und verfügst über gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Du schätzt unkonventionelle Arbeitszeiten (Abende, Wochenenden, Feiertage)
  • Du verfügst über einen einwandfreien Leumund (Straf\- und Betreibungsregister)
