Visiteuse / Contrôleuse H/F

Mission principale : Assurer le contrôle visuel, la manutention et le conditionnement des pièces, notamment d’habillage horloger (lunettes) et de produits issus d’autres domaines d’activité, en garantissant leur conformité et leur qualité esthétique avant et après traitement (usinage, polissage, brossage, microbillage, anodisation, tampographie ....).

Activités principales : - Contrôle visuel de la qualité et de l’aspect des pièces anodisées confiées par les clients ou usinées en interne - Vérification de la conformité des pièces selon les critères définis : aspect, teinte, homogénéité, état de surface - Comparaison des pièces avec les échantillons, témoins ou références disponibles - Détection des défauts d’aspect : rayures, coups, blessures, chocs, taches, variations de teinte, défauts de traitement - Identification, isolement et signalement des pièces non conformes - Comptage et emballage des produits finis selon les instructions - Renseignement des documents de contrôle et de traçabilité applicables

Compétences et qualités requises : - Minutie, rigueur et sens du détail - Bonne acuité visuelle et capacité à détecter les défauts d’aspect - Sensibilité aux exigences esthétiques des produits à haute valeur ajoutée - Sens de l’organisation, autonomie et esprit d’équipe.
