Stellenbeschreibung ##

  • Fachliche, personelle und organisatorische Führung des gesamten Pflegebereichs
  • Sicherstellung einer professionellen und qualitativ hochwertigen ambulanten Pflege
  • Verantwortung für die Organisation und Koordination der Pflegeeinsätze
  • Führung, Begleitung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Verantwortung für eine effiziente Einsatz und Ressourcenplanung
  • Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Pflegequalität
  • Verantwortung für die korrekte Umsetzung und Dokumentation der Pflegeprozesse
  • Überwachung und Optimierung interner Abläufe und Prozesse
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts, Hygiene und Sicherheitsvorgaben
  • Ansprechperson für Klientinnen und Klienten, Angehörige, Mitarbeitende sowie externe Fachstellen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Ärztinnen und Ärzten, Versicherungen und weiteren Partnern
  • Unterstützung und Begleitung der Mitarbeitenden bei komplexen Pflegesituationen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der strategischen und fachlichen Weiterentwicklung der Spitex
  • Bei Bedarf Unterstützung in der direkten Pflege

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF oder FH
  • Berufserfahrung in der Spitex zwingend erforderlich
  • Führungserfahrung im Pflegebereich von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Organisation und Koordination ambulanter Pflegeleistungen
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Pflegeprozesse und Pflegedokumentation
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs und Sozialkompetenz
  • Organisationsstarke, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Verantwortungsbewusste und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Führung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und professionelles Auftreten
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
  • Bereitschaft für ein Pensum von zwingend 80 bis 100 %
