Bei unserem Kunden leben und arbeiten über 280 Menschen mit einer kognitiven Beeinträchtigung. Einige wohnen in Gruppen, andere alleine oder zu zweit. Manche sind an Kunst oder Gartenarbeit interessiert, weitere in der Gastronomie oder in der Produktion tätig. Fest steht: Es gibt nicht nur den einen Weg, sondern beinahe so viele Möglichkeiten wie Menschen selbst.

Stellenbeschreibung ##

  • Professionelle Betreuung der Bewohner/innen im Wohnalltag
  • Bezugspersonenarbeit
  • Begleitung / Motivation für eine sinnvolle Freizeitgestaltung der Klienten
  • Mitplanung, Durchführung und Dokumentation der vereinbarten Entwicklungs- und Förderangebote
  • Gewährleistung der sorgfältigen Gesundheitssorge für Klienten/-innen: Gewährleistung der fachgerechten und angemessenen unterstützenden/ersetzenden Assistenz bei den Aufgaben des täglichen Lebens
  • Sicherstellung der korrekten Durchführung ärztlicher/medizinischer Verordnungen
  • Sicherstellung der korrekten Einhaltung der Medikamentenabgabe, Therapien
  • Massgeblicher Beitrag zu funktionierender förderungs- und betreuungsbezogener Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, der Betreuung Wohnen sowie allen internen und externen Stellen

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Agogische Ausbildung/ Ausbildung zur Sozialpädagogin zum Sozialpädagogen
  • Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung von beeinträchtigten Menschen von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zu unregelmässiger Arbeitszeit, Wochenenddiensten, (keine Nachtarbeit)
  • Gutes Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Zuverlässig, belastbar
