Stellenbeschreibung ##

  • Unterstützung der Pflegedienstleitung bei der fachlichen und organisatorischen Führung
  • Stellvertretung der Pflegedienstleitung bei Abwesenheit
  • Sicherstellung einer professionellen und individuellen Pflege bei den Klientinnen und Klienten zu Hause
  • Koordination und Organisation der Pflegeeinsätze
  • Unterstützung bei der Einsatz und Tourenplanung
  • Fachliche Begleitung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Pflegequalität
  • Durchführung von Bedarfsabklärungen und Verantwortung für den Pflegeprozess
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, Ärztinnen und Ärzten sowie weiteren Fachstellen
  • Kontrolle und Sicherstellung einer vollständigen Pflegedokumentation
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von internen Abläufen und Prozessen
  • Einhaltung der Qualitäts, Hygiene und Sicherheitsvorgaben
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in der direkten Pflege bei Bedarf
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Begleitung neuer Mitarbeitender

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF oder FH.
  • Berufserfahrung in einem relevanten Fachbereich von Vorteil.
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und hohe soziale Kompetenz.
  • Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit.
  • Kenntnisse in EDV/PC-Anwendungen.
  • Bereitschaft für flexiblen Arbeitszeiten und Wochenenddienste.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
