Vorarbeiter Gartenbau Neu\- und Umbau (m/w/d) =============================================

Du kennst den Gartenbau, behältst auch bei anspruchsvollen Projekten den Überblick und weisst, wie man ein Team auf der Baustelle führt? Dann müssen wir uns unbedingt kennenlernen.

Für unseren Bereich Neu\- und Umbau suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die Verantwortung übernimmt, Arbeiten selbstständig organisiert und gemeinsam mit ihrem Team hochwertige Gartenanlagen realisiert.

Deine Aufgaben --------------

  • Selbstständige Führung von Neu\- und Umbaubaustellen
  • Organisation und Koordination der täglichen Baustellenabläufe
  • Führung, Anleitung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden und Lernenden
  • Einteilung von Personal, Maschinen, Material und Transporten
  • Umsetzung der Arbeiten gemäss Plänen, Vorgaben und Kundenwünschen
  • Koordination mit Bauführung, Kundschaft, Lieferanten und anderen Handwerksbetrieben
  • Kontrolle von Qualität, Terminen und Arbeitssicherheit
  • Führen der Baustellenrapporte und Erfassen der ausgeführten Arbeiten
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei sämtlichen Gartenbauarbeiten
  • Pflege und verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit Maschinen, Fahrzeugen und Werkzeugen
  • Ausbildung von Lernenden

Das bringst du mit ------------------

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Landschaftsgärtner/in EFZ oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Weiterbildung im Bereich Baustellenführung oder mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Gartenbau, insbesondere im Neu\- und Umbau
  • Erfahrung in Maschinenbedienung
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Führung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden und Lernenden
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch
  • Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten gegenüber Kundschaft und Geschäftspartnern
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B, idealerweise mit ängerprüfung
