Deine Mission: vorangehen, anpacken, begeistern

  • Du führst eine Gruppe von zwei bis vier Mitarbeitenden auf der Baustelle.
  • Du setzt Neuanlagen und Umgestaltungen bei Ein\- und Mehrfamilienhäusern selbständig um, nach Offerte und Plan.
  • Du verantwortest Ablauf, Qualität und Arbeitssicherheit bis zum sauberen Abschluss.
  • Du sorgst für den optimalen Einsatz von Personal, Material und Maschinen.
  • Du gibst dein Können an Kolleginnen, Kollegen und Lernende weiter und berätst die Kundschaft vor Ort.

Dein Profil: bodenständig, führungsstark, gartenbegeistert

  • Abgeschlossene Grundbildung als Landschaftsgärtner/in EFZ.
  • Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung im Garten\- und Landschaftsbau.
  • Erste Führungserfahrung oder eine Weiterbildung Richtung Obergärtner/in oder Polier/in, ein Plus und kein Muss.
  • Erfahrung mit Maschinen, Kleinmaschinen wie auch Bagger von Vorteil.
  • Du liest Baupläne sicher, denkst lösungsorientiert mit.
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Führerausweis Kat. B (Kat. BE von Vorteil).
