SALES ASSOCIATE WATCH SERVICE 80%

In dieser Position liegt Dein Fokus auf unserem Kundenservice und der Durchführung von Batteriewechseln sowie weiteren kleineren Servicearbeiten. Gleichzeitig bist du Teil unseres Verkaufsteams und unterstützt aktiv im Verkauf.

Die Position bietet fixe Arbeitstage jeweils Montag, Donnerstag, Freitag und Samstag. 

Job description ##

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung von Batteriewechsel sowie kleineren Servicearbeiten und Anpassungen von Uhrenarmbändern
  • Sicherstellung eines herzlichen Empfangs sowie eines zuvorkommenden und professionellen Kundenservices
  • Aktive Beratung und Verkauf unserer Produkte im Store (Swatch und Flik Flak)
  • Verantwortung für die korrekte Bedienung und Abrechnung an der Kasse
  • Sicherstellung eines gepflegten und einladenden Erscheinungsbild des Stores

Profile ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Detailhandel oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Handwerkliches Geschick, eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt
  • Erfahrung im Verkauf und/oder Kundenservice, idealerweise im Bereich Uhren, Schmuck oder Lifestyle-Produkte
  • Verfügbarkeit für die fixen Arbeitstage Montag, Donnerstag, Freitag und Samstag

Wir suchen eine/n engagierte/n und serviceorientierte/n Sales Associate, welche/r Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt sowie an präzisen Servicearbeiten hat und sich in einem dynamischen, internationalen Arbeitsumfeld wohlfühlt. Als Sales Associate bist du Teil unseres internationalen Teams und eine wichtige Anlaufstelle für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden. Mit einem professionellen Service, deiner Begeisterung für unsere Produkte und einer starken Kundenorientierung trägst du zu einem positiven Kundenerlebnis bei. Neben dem Service unterstützt du das Team aktiv im Verkauf und repräsentierst die Marke Swatch mit Begeisterung und Produktwissen.

Languages ##

Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse, Französisch und weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
