Was Dich erwartet:

  • Entgegennahme, Bearbeitung und Beantwortung von Anfragen, Störungsmeldungen und Problemen im 1st\-Level Support
  • Kategorisierung und Priorisierung von Supportanfragen
  • Telefonische Erstbetreuung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden am Front Desk
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenrückmeldungen sowie allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten
  • Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Benutzeranleitungen und Support\-Dokumentationen
  • Mitarbeit beim Aufbau und der Pflege einer Knowledge\-Datenbank
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Support\-Prozesse

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

  • Laufendes Studium (FH/HF/Uni) in (Wirtschafts\-) Informatik
  • Interesse und Affinität für Informatik und technische Themen
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in Windows 11 und Microsoft Outlook
  • Freude am direkten Kontakt mit Menschen und an teamübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
  • Offene, kommunikative und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Bereitschaft, Neues zu lernen und sich in verschiedene Themen einzuarbeiten
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie gute Englisch\- und/oder ösischkenntnisse von Vorteil
