Im Rahmen eines umfassenden Digitalisierungsprojekts werden bestehende physische Personaldossiers systematisch digitalisiert und für die zukünftige elektronische Verarbeitung aufbereitet.

Die univativ Schweiz AG ist ein auf das Juniorensegment spezialisierter Personaldienstleister mit Sitz in Zürich, Bern und Basel. Das Unternehmen verleiht und vermittelt Studierende, Absolventen und Professionals an Kunden in der Schweiz. Sie unterstützt Unternehmen aus allen Branchen bei der Besetzung von Projekten mit flexiblen Personalressourcen in den Bereichen Informatik sowie kaufmännische Berufe.

Was Dich erwartet:

  • Unterstützung beim Initial\-Scanning physischer Personaldossiers
  • Vorbereitung und Verarbeitung der Personaldokumente für die Digitalisierung
  • Kontrolle und Nachbearbeitung der eingescannten Dokumente
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Qualität und Vollständigkeit der digitalisierten Unterlagen
  • Allgemeine Unterstützung der Projektleitung und des Scan\-Teams

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

  • Abgeschlossenes oder laufendes Studium (FH,HF,Uni)
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung mit administrativen Tätigkeiten, Scanning, Datenerfassung oder Dokumentenverarbeitung
  • Du arbeitest sehr sorgfältig, zuverlässig und konzentriert
  • Diskretion und ein verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit vertraulichen Personaldaten sind für dich selbstverständlich
  • Du bist während des gesamten Einsatzzeitraums zu 100 % verfügbar
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
