Ihre Aufgaben

  • Herstellung, Wartung, Reparatur und Optimierung von anspruchsvollen Spritzgusswerkzeugen
  • Selbstständige Analyse und Behebung von Werkzeugproblemen
  • Fräs\-, Schleif\-, Dreh\- sowie gegebenenfalls Erodierarbeiten
  • Unterstützung und Mithilfe bei der Konstruktion sowie Umsetzung von CAD/CAM\-Lösungen
  • Programmierung und Bedienung von CNC\-Maschinen
  • Fachliche Unterstützung und Koordination innerhalb des Werkzeugbaus
  • Sicherstellung der Qualitätsanforderungen sowie Dokumentation der ausgeführten Arbeiten
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei Prozessverbesserungen und technischen Weiterentwicklungen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Werkzeugmacher, Polymechaniker, oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung im Kunststoffbereich
  • Berufserfahrung im Werkzeug\- und Formenbau
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Fräsen, Schleifen, Drehen sowie idealerweise Erodieren
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Spritzgusswerkzeuge von Vorteil
  • Gute CAD/CAM\-Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrung mit Mastercam und/oder VISI von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, präzise und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Qualitäts\- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Führungskompetenz
