**Ihre Verantwortung**

* Sie bearbeiten Bewilligungsverfahren und führen die Aufsicht über Einrichtungen der familien- und schulergänzenden Kinderbetreuung. * Sie beraten und unterstützen Institutionen in fachlichen Fragen der Kinderbetreuung. * Sie wirken in der Weiterentwicklung und Sicherung der Qualität in der familien- und schulergänzenden Kinderbetreuung mit. * Sie arbeiten in der Planung, Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer kantonaler Aufgaben in der Kinderbetreuung mit. * Sie arbeiten mit internen und externen Fachstellen sowie weiteren relevanten Anspruchsgruppen zusammen.

**Ihr Hintergrund**

* Sie verfügen über einen Masterabschluss in Pädagogik, Psychologie, Sozialer Arbeit, Sozialwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung. * Sie bringen Fachkenntnisse im Bereich der Kinderbetreuung bzw. der familien- und schulergänzenden Betreuung mit. * Sie verfügen über ausgeprägte Planungs- und Analyse- und konzeptionelle Kompetenzen. * Sie können komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich aufbereiten und verfügen über sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten. * Sie arbeiten selbständig, lösungsorientiert und zuverlässig und übernehmen gerne Verantwortung. * Sie schätzen die Zusammenarbeit im Team und mit verschiedenen Fachstellen und bringen dabei Initiative und Verhandlungsgeschick mit.
