Die Sektion Altlasten mit ihren 16 Mitarbeitenden ist zuständig für die Begleitung der Untersuchung, Überwachung und Sanierung belasteter Standorte. Dabei wird sichergestellt, dass Altlasten mit hoher Dringlichkeit so rasch als möglich saniert, die anfallenden belasteten Bauabfälle gesetzeskonform entsorg und die Kosten auf die Verursacher verteilt werden.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Behördliche Begleitung von Untersuchungen, Sanierungen und Bauvorhaben auf belasteten Standorten
  • Betreuung von komplexen Vollzugsfällen
  • Beratung der betroffenen Grundeigentümern
  • Fachliche Beurteilung und Begleitung der notwendigen Massnahmen wie Untersuchungen und Sanierungen
  • Überprüfung der Massnahmen

Ihr Profil

  • Sie bauen auf Ihre Ausbildung als Geologe/in, Umweltnaturwissenschaftler/in oder Umweltingenieur/in und auf Ihre mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Altlastenbereich
  • Die Begleitung von Untersuchungen und vor allem von Sanierungsprojekten sowie die Arbeiten in einem interdisziplinären Team sind anspruchsvoll und verlangen Geschick und strukturiertes Vorgehen
  • Sie verfügen über kommunikatives Flair und schriftliche Gewandtheit für unterschiedliche Anspruchsgruppen in einem sensiblen Umfeld
  • Sie sind belastbar, arbeiten selbstständig, haben Freude an komplexen Fragestellungen und sind offen bei der Lösungsfindung
