**Ihre Aufgaben -- juristisch anspruchsvoll, gesellschaftlich relevant und vielseitig**

* Durchführung juristischer Abklärungen und Recherchen sowie Prüfung von Erlassen, Gesetzes- und Verordnungsentwürfen und weiteren Geschäften mit Blick auf die Behindertenrechte * Erarbeitung juristischer Stellungnahmen, Entscheidungsgrundlagen und weiterer anspruchsvoller Fachtexte * Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Rechtsgrundlagen und Instrumenten im Bereich der Behindertenrechte * Beratung und fachliche Unterstützung von Dienststellen der kantonalen Verwaltung und Gemeinden sowie von externen Institutionen und Organisationen * Leitung von oder Mitarbeit in Projekten und Arbeitsgruppen -- mit Gestaltungsspielraum und fachlicher Verantwortung * Erarbeitung von Grundlagen, Konzepten und Berichten sowie Aufbereitung rechtlicher und fachlicher Entwicklungen * Kurzberatung und Triage bei Anfragen aus der Bevölkerung

**Ihr Profil -- juristisch versiert, kommunikationsstark und engagiert**

* Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Jurisprudenz * Fachkenntnisse im Bereich der Behindertenrechte oder ein hoher fachlicher/persönlicher Bezug zu diesem Themenfeld * Kompetenzen und idealerweise Erfahrung im Projektmanagement * Verständnis für die öffentliche Verwaltung und Freude an der Arbeit im politischen Umfeld * Gewinnendes und sicheres Auftreten sowie die Fähigkeit, auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen souverän zu agieren * Konflikt- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit -- verbunden mit einem konstruktiven und lösungsorientierten Vorgehen * Hohe mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationskompetenzen * Flexibilität, Vielseitigkeit und Interesse an unterschiedlichen fachlichen und rechtlichen Fragestellungen
