Die Fachstelle Naturschutz ist die für Naturschutz und Biodiversität im Kanton Zürich verantwortliche Stelle im Amt für Landschaft und Natur der Baudirektion. Die Mitarbeitenden setzen sich für den Fortbestand von wertvollen Lebensräume ein und engagieren sich dafür, dass das Nebeneinander von Mensch und Natur im Wirtschaftskanton Zürich funktioniert.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du begleitest und leitest Vernetzungsprojekte im Kanton Zürich, übernimmst die Beratung sowie alle administrativen Aufgaben dazu.
  • Du wirkst bei der Entwicklung und Einführung des Projekts «Regionale Biodiversität und Landschaftsqualität» mit.
  • Du arbeitest bei der Qualitätsförderung der Biodiversität in der Landwirtschaft mit.
  • Du bearbeitest datentechnische Fragen im fachlichen Kontext.

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Masterstudium bevorzugt in Biologie oder Umweltnaturwissenschaften.
  • Du bringst vertiefte Kenntnisse in Ökologie und mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Themenbereichen Biodiversität und Agrarpolitik sowie im angewandten Naturschutz mit.
  • GIS ist deine Stärke – von Anwendung über Datenmanagement bis hin zu organisatorischen Aufgaben.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Projektleitung, arbeitest strukturiert und behältst auch bei komplexen Aufgaben den Überblick.
  • Du kommunizierst klar, verhandelst geschickt und trittst souverän auf.
