Deine Aufgaben

+ Erste Anlaufstelle für IT\-Fragen im Arbeitsalltag – unkompliziert, lösungsorientiert und hands\-on + Wissen verständlich dokumentieren, einfach zugänglich machen und up to date halten + Mitarbeitende für digitale Tools befähigen und Schulungen laufend weiterentwickeln + Hard\- und Software installieren und mit Highsystem effizient verteilen + Gebäudetechnik rund um Zutritt, Telekommunikation und Gebäudeautomation betreuen + Prozesse im Bereich IT hinterfragen und smarter gestalten + Digitale Transformation aktiv mitgestalten und neue Technologien wie KI gezielt einsetzen + Know\-how rund um SQL\-Datenbanken und Power BI einbringen und bei Fragen unterstützen

Dein Profil

+ Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung in Informatik mit EFZ ist eine Voraussetzung + Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT Bereich + Selbstständige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit hoher Sozialkompetenz + Sicherer Umgang mit M365, Windows 11, Power BI, SharePoint, AD, Intune, Windows Server, Linux (Unraid), Hyper\-V, Veeam und SQL + Kenntnisse in mindestens einer Programmiersprache sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit verschiedenen Skriptsprachen + Erfahrung mit aktuellen Web\-Technologien + Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und Englischkenntnisse; ösischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
