Working Student – Office Management (40-50%) Location: Zug | Monday–Friday, 8:00–12:00

We are looking for a reliable, friendly and hands-on Working Student to take care of the day-to-day Office Management at our headquarters in Zug. This is an ideal part-time position for a student who enjoys working with people, likes to keep things organised and is looking for a regular and responsible job alongside their studies.

Your responsibilities • Be present at our Zug office every morning from 8:00–12:00 • Welcome visitors and ensure a professional and friendly office environment • Take care of the day-to-day organisation and smooth running of the office • Handle incoming mail, deliveries and couriers • Manage office supplies, meeting rooms and common areas • Coordinate catering and support the organisation of meetings and internal events • Coordinate with external service providers where required • Handle various administrative and organisational tasks related to the office

What we are looking for • Currently enrolled at a university, university of applied sciences or other higher-education institution • Reliable, organised and able to work independently • Proactive and hands-on, with a good sense of what needs to be done • Friendly and confident when interacting with employees, visitors and external partners • Fluent German and good English • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and everyday digital tools • Available regularly Monday to Friday from 8:00–12:00 • Previous office or administrative experience is welcome, but not required
