Zero Trust Transformation \& Governance Lead

Aufgaben

  • Aufbau und Steuerung eines risikobasierten Zero\-Trust\-Transformationsprogramms über die Bereiche IAM, Cloud, Network, Endpoint und Applications
  • Definition von Programmauftrag, Scope, Governance und Entscheidungsstrukturen sowie Steuerung relevanter Stakeholder
  • Verknüpfung von Zero Trust mit regulatorischen Anforderungen und IT\-Risk, insbesondere FINMA und DORA
  • Durchführung bzw. Orchestrierung von Capability\- und Maturity\-Assessments sowie Definition von Zielreifegraden
  • Entwicklung und Steuerung einer Zero\-Trust\-Roadmap inklusive Waves, Meilensteinen, Abhängigkeiten und KPIs
  • Koordination der technischen Architects und Fachbereiche sowie Vorbereitung der Skalierung des Programms hinsichtlich Workstreams, Ressourcen, Budget und Partnern.

Anforderungen

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Cyber Security, IT Risk oder IT Governance, idealerweise im Banking bzw. in einem stark regulierten Umfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Security\-/IT\-Transformationen
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von Zero Trust und der Fähigkeit, technische Konzepte in Business Outcomes, Roadmaps und Governance zu übersetzen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse

* Erfahrung mit DORA, FINMA oder vergleichbarer Regulierung von Vorteil
