Holz ist für dich mehr als ein Werkstoff. Es ist Leidenschaft, Präzision und ehrliches Handwerk. Genau diese Haltung bringst du in deinen Arbeitsalltag ein. Du betreust und entwickelst dein Verkaufsgebiet eigenverantwortlich und bist erste Ansprechperson für Holzbauunternehmen und Schreinereien. Mit deinem handwerklichen Background verstehst du die Herausforderungen auf der Baustelle genauso wie im Betrieb und lieferst Lösungen, die wirklich Mehrwert schaffen. Du akquirierst gezielt neue Kunden, erschliesst systematisch Marktpotenziale und baust bestehende Partnerschaften strategisch weiter aus. Dabei verkaufst du nicht einfach Produkte, sondern das gesamte Sortiment rund um Holzbau inklusive konsequenter Nutzung von Cross\-Selling\-Potenzialen. Von der Beratung über die Bedarfsermittlung bis zur sauberen Übergabe an den Innendienst steuerst du deine Projekte strukturiert und selbstständig. Du führst dein Verkaufsgebiet unternehmerisch, planst deine Aktivitäten strategisch und sorgst für nachhaltiges Wachstum.

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Holzgewerbe
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Aussendienst B2B, idealerweise im Holzbauumfeld oder
  • Die Erfahrung im Holzgewerbe mit einer grossen Motivation, in die Kundenberatung zu wechseln
  • Ausgeprägte Abschlussstärke, Verhandlungssicherheit und unternehmerische Denkweise
  • Du bist im Verkaufsgebiet wohnhaft (AG West, BL/BS, SO)
