Der HR Business Partner ist eine zentrale Ansprechperson für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende in sämtlichen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der HR\-Leitung und den Fachbereichen stellt die Funktion eine professionelle, bedarfsgerechte und lösungsorientierte HR\-Betreuung sicher. Als Sparringspartner der Führungskräfte verbindet der HR Business Partner die Unternehmensziele mit einer wirksamen Personalstrategie. Er begleitet organisatorische Veränderungen, unterstützt die Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften und trägt aktiv zu einer positiven Unternehmenskultur sowie zur langfristigen Sicherung wichtiger Kompetenzen bei.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Beratung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden in sämtlichen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Operative Abwicklung und Begleitung des gesamten Employee Life Cycle vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
  • Unterstützung bei Rekrutierung, Onboarding, Personalmutationen und Austrittsprozessen
  • Beratung bei arbeitsrechtlichen Fragen sowie Unterstützung bei Konflikten, Absenzen und anspruchsvollen Personalsituationen
  • Begleitung von Mitarbeitenden\- und Entwicklungsgesprächen sowie Unterstützung bei Performance\- und Vergütungsthemen
  • Unterstützung der Führungskräfte bei Personalplanung, Teamentwicklung und organisatorischen Veränderungen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner HR\-Richtlinien, gesetzlicher Vorgaben und arbeitsrechtlicher Bestimmungen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von HR\-Prozessen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR Operations, Payroll und weiteren internen Schnittstellen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Aus\- oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Human Resources, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer operativen HR\-Funktion, idealerweise als HR Business Partner oder HR Generalist
  • Gute Kenntnisse des Schweizer Arbeitsrechts und der relevanten HR\-Prozesse
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie hohe Sozial\- und Beratungskompetenz im Umgang mit Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Diskretion, Zuverlässigkeit und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Deutsch \& Englisch sind eine MUST have
  • ABACUS ist ein MUST have
